Drivn Process

From your first contact to driving away in your new vehicle, Drivn manages every step of the process to ensure clarity, confidence, and convenience.

  • Contact Drivn by filling out the form on our “Contact” page or by calling the cell number listed there.
  • We schedule a free, no-obligation 30-minute discovery meeting to discuss your vehicle needs. During this session, we will:
    • Review your vehicle preferences, desired features, and budget.
    • Explore available options that best fit your needs.
    • Discuss potential trade-in opportunities.
    • Gather essential contact information to assist with your vehicle search.
    • This meeting ensures we have all the information necessary to identify the ideal vehicle for you quickly and efficiently.
  • You give Drivn approval to negotiate on your behalf.
  • Drivn researches financing options and rates, manufacturer rebates, and dealer incentives — and communicates those options clearly back to you.
  • We locate vehicles using national search tools and gather multiple offers from dealers.
  • Once suitable vehicles are identified, we will:
    • Call Multiple Dealerships to request initial offers.
    • Compare initial offers from multiple dealers to ensure you receive the most competitive pricing.
    • Negotiate on your behalf to secure you the best possible deal.
    • Review and clarify all dealer fees, reducing or eliminating unnecessary charges wherever possible.
    • Our goal is to make the purchasing process transparent, efficient, and financially advantageous for you.
  • Present the best deals for your review. When you decide to proceed, we notify the dealer and you place a refundable deposit to hold the vehicle. With your permission, we share your contact details with the dealer to arrange paperwork and pickup/delivery.
  • We discuss additional services such as extended warranties and insurance options — helping you sort through what you want from what you don’t — including exploring third-party alternatives if desired.
  • The dealer prepares the paperwork for your signatures to finalize the deal.
  • You visit the dealership, sign the paperwork, and pick up your new vehicle. Alternatively, some dealerships offer electronic signatures if that is more convenient for you.
  • The entire process takes about 1–2 hours — a stress-free experience that saves you time, effort, and uncertainty compared to traditional dealership visits.

Cost

Transparent pricing with no hidden fees — you know exactly what you’re paying and what you’re getting.

  • Our full-service package comes at a one-time price of $800. The fee is collected only after your discovery meeting, once you decide to hire Drivn as your advocate and negotiator.
  • Drivn also offers optional pick-up and delivery service for your vehicle at an additional minimum cost of $250 or $0.70/km round trip, whichever is greater.
